Terms of Service

Two Step Laundry Rentals is a d/b/a of CK Laundry Operations LLC, 13423 Blanco Rd #728, San Antonio, TX 78216.

Overview

These terms apply to your rental of a washer and dryer set from CK Laundry Operations LLC, doing business as Two Step Laundry Rentals ("Two Step," "we," "us"). By signing up and completing payment, you agree to these terms.

We rent full-size washer and dryer sets to residents of apartment communities in the San Antonio area. We deliver, install, and service the machines. You pay a flat monthly rate.

What's Included

Your monthly rate covers:

• A full-size washer and dryer set delivered to your unit
• Delivery, installation, and connection to your existing hookups
• All service, repairs, and parts for as long as you rent from us
• Replacement of a machine we can't repair
• Pickup of the set when your rental ends

There is no delivery fee, no installation fee, and no signup fee. Service calls are free.

Monthly Rate and Billing

The monthly rate is $59.99 when you pay by bank transfer (ACH) or $61.99 when you pay by credit or debit card. Applicable Texas sales tax is added to your monthly charge.

Your first payment is due when you sign up. After that, you are billed on the same day each month until your rental ends.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as TWO STEP LAUNDRY.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it again and will contact you. A returned payment fee of $25 applies to payments returned by your bank.

Minimum Term

Your rental has a six-month minimum term beginning on the date we install your set.

After six months, your rental continues month to month. You can cancel any time with no penalty by giving us notice.

If you end your rental before the six-month minimum, an early pickup fee of $75 applies.

Delivery and Installation

We schedule delivery by text after you sign up, usually within one business day of your order.

Before we deliver, we will ask you to confirm a few details about your unit — the type of dryer outlet you have, your floor, whether there is an elevator, and any gate code or parking instructions. Giving us accurate information helps us get it right the first time.

Installs are typically completed within a few business days. We'll text you to schedule. Someone eighteen or older must be present.

Your unit must have working washer and dryer hookups. If we arrive and the hookups are missing, incompatible, or not accessible, we may need to reschedule.

Access to Your Unit

You agree to give us reasonable access to your unit to deliver, service, and retrieve the machines. We will always schedule access with you in advance.

Ownership of Equipment

The washer and dryer remain the property of Two Step Laundry at all times. You are renting them, not buying them.

You may not sell, lend, sublease, move, modify, or dispose of the machines. You may not remove or deface the identification tags or serial numbers.

If you move, contact us. Do not take the machines with you.

Your Responsibilities

While the machines are in your unit, you agree to:

• Use them normally and follow the manufacturer's instructions
• Keep them in the location where they were installed
• Not attempt your own repairs or modifications
• Tell us promptly if something is not working, leaking, or damaged
• Keep the area around them clear and accessible
• Not allow anyone else to remove them

You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear — for example, damage from misuse, neglect, or attempted repair. Normal wear and mechanical failure are ours to fix at no cost to you.

Service and Repairs

If your machine is not working, call or text us. We will schedule a service visit, usually within a few business days.

There is no charge for service calls, parts, or labor. If we cannot repair a machine, we will replace it.

Cancellation and Pickup

To end your rental, contact us and we will schedule a time to pick up the machines. Someone must be present.

If your six-month minimum has passed, there is no charge to retrieve the set.

If you are still within the six-month minimum, the $75 early pickup fee applies.

Your billing stops after we retrieve the machines. We do not prorate partial months.

Fees

Fees are added to your next invoice.

Moving Out

If you are moving, let us know as soon as you can so we can schedule pickup before you go.

If you leave the machines in the unit without telling us, you remain responsible for the monthly rate until we are able to retrieve them, and you may be responsible for costs we incur recovering them.

Liability

We maintain commercial general liability insurance covering our delivery, installation, and service work.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses — for example, the cost of using a laundromat while a machine is being repaired.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or text before it takes effect. Continuing your rental after that means you accept the updated terms.
